Noshu Foods recently engaged Datcom to conduct an independent security audit of our digital environment, cyber security processes, and digital infrastructure. This was done to evaluate potential areas of risk to our business, and to develop a comprehensive plan to enhance our overall IT security position. Prior to officially appointing Datcom, we undertook a thorough review of our existing IT services provider due to various concerns, lack of confidence in their services, and alarming issues highlighted by Datcom during the audit process. The transition was difficult due to an uncooperative and unprofessional incumbent however, the Datcom team handled this process with exceptional professionalism, ensuring that all aspects of the transition were carefully planned and communicated to our stakeholders. They also worked efficiently under challenging circumstances, minimising any potential downtime or disruption to our business. The entire Datcom team have established strong relationships with our team, delivering on their promises consistently, and earning our trust. We now have accurate, real-time reporting on our entire operational environment, and have full confidence in Datcom’s ability to provide and maintain a highly professional service at all times. Greenbox Architecture began a partnership with Datcom with a focus on procurement. In 2019, after Datcom’s engineers completed a Vulnerability Assessment, the partnership extended longer term. Datcom analysed their findings and scoped a hybrid server/cloud solution that was best fit for our company. The Datcom team were thorough throughout the process and successfully transformed our IT environment using a hybrid solution to resolve our pain points. Since then, Datcom has become our managed service provider. They have implemented a ‘cyber first’ approach, given the general increase in cyberattacks worldwide, ensuring our company is securely protected with the most suitable solutions, and giving us peace of mind.

Datcom recently refreshed our backup hardware and software, their attention to detail and work ethic was A+! The project went very smoothly and was tailored to my timeframe and restraints. Very happy with the end result, as always is the case with Datcom.

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the excellent cooperation between Datcom and Polestar during our recent Artarmon office establishment project. It has been a smooth and productive collaboration, and I believe the success is largely due to the outstanding efforts of the Datcom team.
